THE VIRGINIA BEACH ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES PROGRAM is a high school program serving junior and senior-year students. I created the program’s Instagram account for my internship, and designed logos, stories, and posts that all incorporated the cool blues and whites of the nearby ocean, and the Virginia Beach City Public School System’s brand colors. Imagery featured the flora and fauna located near the program building. I grew the account to 300 followers in the first two months. 

I designed this website where students can explore green careers and college degrees. It features a landing page, a career archetype quiz with correlating career homepages for each, historical heroes, a degree master list, an about page, and a forum that accompanies the lesson plan I created to go with the site. It has since served over 700 students.
